As described by Bike MS ... the "ACC Texas MS 150 is rolling your way — and it’s bigger, better, and bolder than ever! Sponsored by American Communications Construction, this legendary two-day ride is the largest fundraising event in Bike MS, and it’s packed with excitement from start to finish. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the ride, there’s a route for you — including the fan-favorite “Leap Ahead Route” on day two that lets you skip ahead and cruise closer to the finish line at the iconic Texas A&M University campus, where a roaring crowd will be waiting to cheer you on."

You can join UBG as a rider or volunteer for the 2026 Texas MS 150. UBG offers 10-weeks of dedicated training, camaraderie, and team fellowship. Due to capacity limitations for this 2 day event, we are capping the team at roughly 60 members. Please reach out to us on how to get involved!

UBG's 3-Phase ... 10-Week Training Series!

We’re excited to continue our official training series for the 2026 Texas MS150!
Our 10-week program is divided into three progressive phases designed to build a strong foundation, increase endurance, and peak with confidence and readiness for ride weekend.

Phase 1: Base & Consistency (February)
We start building mileage and getting everyone into a regular riding rhythm:

Training officially begins Saturday, February 14 with a 23-mile ride.
Weekend rides gradually increase to 35 miles.
Sunday shop routes help keep the group together and consistent.

Phase 2: Endurance Build (March)
This is where the real work happens — longer weekend rides combined with a steady Wednesday night rhythm:

Weekend routes push into the 40–50+ mile range.
Key highlight rides include the Chappell Hill Training and Brenham Pie Ride.
Wednesday night 25-mile rides help build mid-week consistency and recovery.

Phase 3: Peak Training & Events (April)
The final push focuses on event-style riding, longer distances, and race-day confidence:

Multiple 50+ mile routes, including a challenging 65-mile Spanish Flower Ride.
Special events: Gran Fondo charity ride, and more.
Continued Wednesday night rides to stay sharp.

Culminating in MS150 Weekend: April 25–26

Throughout the entire program, we emphasize group riding, safety, and — most importantly — keeping our eyes on the mission: raising funds to fight MS.

Team UBG Cycling Recognition & Mission

Join us in making a difference!

As a consistently top-performing team in the Friends & Family category of Bike MS, fundraising is at the heart of everything we do. Each rider is asked to raise a minimum of $400 (as required by the National MS Society). We provide plenty of tools, creative ideas, and support — including encouraging our riders to take advantage of matching gifts when available — to help every rider succeed.
Our team never loses sight of the core mission: raising critical funds to fight MS. Last year in 2025, Team UBG was proudly recognized for surpassing $2,000,000 in lifetime donations.

Team UBG Cycling is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The purpose of this Group page is to promote bicycle rides associated with Team UBG Cycling and provide information related to the rides themselves and communicate ongoing activities and events.
