On Tuesday, July 7th 2026, Team UBG Cycling held a Board and Club meeting. Minutes of the meeting can be viewed here:

Called to order at: 6:30 by President

Members Present: Tracy, David, Chuck, Chris, Bert, Bill, Adam, Karen

• Treasurer’s Report: 

  • Balance as of 26 Jun 2026: $9,549.94 

  • MS Accounting

    • Sponsors -- $18,500

    • MS Fees collected less Venmo fees-- $12,948.55

    • Total Credits -- $31,448.55

    • Total Expenses -- $28,792.26

    • 2026 MS Carryover -- $2,656.29

Committee Reports:

• Membership: 

  • 39 dues paying members.

• MS150: 

  • Camp Lonestar likely increasing costs by about $600 next year. 

  • 60 signups this year.

  • 55 riders attended. 

  • Chuck is on board to lead 2027, but will be stepping down in 2028. Looking for a shadow to replace him.

• Group Ride:

  • We need to recruit more ride leaders. 

  • 16 who actually lead rides.

  • Might ask ride leaders to commit to minimum of two rides per month. Understand life can get in the way, but want to make sure ride coverage is distributed among the leaders.

  • Also talking with the shop about a tiered discount system for ride leaders as a nice to have to motivate people. TBD

  • Sending refresher information to ride leaders since it’s been a while. 

• Other business:

  • ScudoPro for year round jersey 

    • Chuck will manage relationship

    • No minimums, ship directly to riders
